Purpose

This is a practical sport-day planner. It is not a medical assessment, symptom score or treatment plan.

Before the event

  • Venue temperature/ventilation checked where possible.
  • Water and food plan.
  • Toilet location and sanitary products if needed.
  • Layers/change of clothing.
  • Travel, parking and expected finish time.
  • Medication carried as normally prescribed — this planner does not change treatment.

During the day

  • Use breaks and hydration as needed.
  • Have a simple pre-match/reset routine.
  • Use written schedule reminders if helpful.
  • Identify a quieter/cooler space where the venue can provide one.
  • Ask for agreed practical support without giving unnecessary medical detail.

Changing bleeding

Plan practical supplies and toilet access, but do not assume every bleeding change should simply be accepted as menopause. NHS guidance recommends healthcare advice for changed/heavier patterns and medical assessment for any bleeding after 12 months without a period.

What worked? What made the day harder? What would you change next time? Keep this participant-owned unless you choose to share it.
