Give Sport a Second Chance.
Donate usable or refurbishable equipment for any sport or physical activity. There is no minimum donation. One cue, one ball, one racket, one set of darts or one trophy can make a difference.
The appeal is launching softly alongside our Crowdfunder. Donations and collections are currently arranged individually while storage and distribution capacity develops.
What we welcome
Equipment from every sport and physical activity.
We begin with cue sports and darts, but the Equipment Bank is designed to support wider community sport across the UK and Ireland.
Team and field sports
Football, rugby, cricket, hockey, netball, basketball and other practical training or participation equipment.
Racket and individual sports
Tennis, badminton, squash, table tennis, golf, athletics, fitness and other individual activity equipment.
Inclusive and adapted equipment
Adapted equipment, inclusive coaching aids and specialist items that can safely support disabled participants.
Clothing and accessories
Clean sports clothing, footwear, kit bags, teamwear and accessories that remain suitable for safe reuse.
Trophies and sporting heritage
Trophies, medals, programmes, photographs, books and memorabilia that can be reused, displayed or preserved.
Condition guide
Usable now or capable of being refurbished.
An item does not need to look new. It does need to have a realistic route back into safe and worthwhile use.

Complete enough to assessSmall missing or replaceable parts may be acceptable.

Safe to handle and transportPlease tell us about sharp edges, damage, mould, contamination or other risks.

Clean where practicalNormal signs of use are welcome. Items should not be heavily soiled or unhygienic.

Suitable for reuse or repairWe may decline items that are unsafe, beyond practical repair or unsuitable for redistribution.
How it works
A simple soft launch process.
We are starting carefully so that every donation can be recorded, assessed and handled responsibly.
Tell us what you have
Complete the dedicated equipment donation form and include the sport, item, condition, quantity, location and photographs where possible.
We review the offer
We will consider condition, safety, storage, transport and likely community use before accepting the donation.
Arrange handover
Drop off, collection or postage will be agreed individually. Please do not leave items at a venue without confirmation.
Give it a second chance
Accepted items may be cleaned, repaired, loaned, gifted, used in programmes, displayed, sold to support community activity or responsibly recycled.
Important information
Responsible acceptance and distribution.
- Acceptance is subject to available storage, transport and programme need.
- Protective equipment, helmets, electrical items and specialist safety equipment may require additional checks and may be declined.
- Ownership transfers to Eights & Arrows Pathways when a donation is formally accepted.
- Donors should disclose known faults, damage or safety concerns.
- We cannot guarantee that a particular item will go to a named person or programme.
- Large or bulky items must be agreed before transport or delivery.
