Coaching & structured practice
Coaching, mentoring, workshops, development sessions and supported practice opportunities for individuals, teams and groups.
Inclusive cue sports & darts development
Eights & Arrows Pathways CIC exists to widen access to cue sports and darts through coaching, mentoring, equipment support, bursaries, inclusive sessions and practical development opportunities.
Why we exist
Eights & Arrows Pathways CIC is being developed as a community interest company focused on grassroots participation, athlete development and inclusive opportunity in cue sports and darts.
We aim to support women and girls, young people, disabled participants, underrepresented communities, grassroots players, teams and aspiring athletes through structured programmes and clear, fair access to support.
Our wider purpose is not only sporting success. We want to build confidence, wellbeing, resilience, leadership, community connection and progression routes for people who may otherwise be left out.
What we deliver
Our activities can be delivered through partner venues, clubs, schools, community organisations, coaches, volunteers and future Eights & Arrows branches.
Coaching, mentoring, workshops, development sessions and supported practice opportunities for individuals, teams and groups.
Inclusive ladies’ and girls’ sessions, taster days, confidence-building activity and pathways into regular participation and competition.

Subject to eligibility and available funds, support may include grants, bursaries, equipment, coaching, facility access, travel or tournament costs.
Taster sessions, community events and participation days designed to introduce new people to cue sports and darts in welcoming spaces.
Women & Girls Pathway
This area supports women and girls in cue sports and darts through development opportunities, session feedback and testimonials that help evidence impact for funders and partners.
How people can access help
Applications and expressions of interest will be assessed against published eligibility criteria, available funds and the intended impact of the support.
Impact focus
We will evidence impact through participation numbers, feedback, case studies, progression stories, partner feedback and the practical difference made by each funded activity.
More people able to take part because cost, equipment, venue access, travel or confidence barriers have been reduced.
Participants feel welcomed, supported and capable of continuing in cue sports, darts and wider community activity.
Grassroots players, teams and aspiring athletes gain clearer routes into training, competition, mentoring and leadership.
Programmes build focus, social connection, resilience and positive routine through inclusive sporting activity.
